These Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.yirelish.com) and your purchase of any products or services offered by Yi Relish (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

Definitions

  • “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person or entity purchasing from Yi Relish.

  • “Products” refer to any goods offered for sale on our website, including coffee sachets, ground coffee, brewing accessories, and related products.

  • “Website” means www.yirelish.com or any associated Odoo-hosted pages.

  • “Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore.


General Terms of Use

  1. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our site and make purchases.

  2. Yi Relish reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

  3. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Product Information and Availability

  1. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

  2. Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative, refund, or store credit.


Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  2. Yi Relish is not a GST-registered company, and prices displayed are not subject to GST.

  3. We accept payment via PayNow, credit/debit cards, or other methods made available during checkout.

  4. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

  5. Yi Relish reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


Orders and Confirmation

  1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

  2. This acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

  3. Once an order is confirmed and paid, cancellation requests may not be accepted as products may have already entered the fulfilment process.


Delivery and Shipping

  1. Coverage: Yi Relish offers local and international shipping. International deliveries are subject to courier availability and local import rules.

  2. Processing & Timeframe:

    • Singapore orders – processed within 1–2 Business Days; delivered within 3–5 Business Days.

    • International orders – delivered within approximately 7–21 Business Days (subject to destination and courier).

  3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on address, weight, and courier rates.

  4. Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by destination authorities.

  5. Tracking: You will receive tracking details (where available) once your order has shipped.

  6. Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to pay import duties, additional fees or return shipping charges may apply.

  7. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery by the courier to the provided address.


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  1. For hygiene reasons, coffee and tea products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

  2. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly supplied items, reported within 7 days of delivery.

  3. To initiate a return, email enquiry@yirelish.com with order number, photos, and description.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 Business Days.

  5. Yi Relish reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting these conditions.


Product Quality and Storage

  1. Our coffee and related products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  2. Once opened, we recommend consuming coffee products within the suggested time frame for optimal freshness.

  3. Yi Relish is not responsible for degradation in quality resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.


Intellectual Property

  1. All content on our website—including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and designs—is the intellectual property of Yi Relish.

  2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of our website content without our prior written consent.


Limitation of Liability

  1. Yi Relish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  2. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product(s) involved.


Personal Data and Privacy

  1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

  2. Personal information (such as name, contact number, delivery address, and payment details) will only be used for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

  3. We do not sell, rent, or disclose customer data to third parties except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., courier partners).

Force Majeure

Yi Relish shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or technical failures.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
