Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Yi Relish, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our coffee and accessories. Please read our refund and exchange terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety standards:

  • Coffee sachets, ground coffee, and tea products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damaged items, or wrong products received.


Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Notify us via enquiry@yirelish.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond with return instructions.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 Business Days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

  • If your item qualifies for exchange, a replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Non-Qualifying Returns

We regret that we cannot accept returns that:

  • Are requested beyond the 7-day window

  • Have been opened or used (for consumables)

  • Are damaged due to mishandling or storage issues after delivery
