  • Singapore Orders: Processed within 1–2 Business Days after full payment, with delivery within 3–5 Business Days.

  • International Orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier service, typically between 7–21 Business Days.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.


Delivery Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and courier rates.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions (if any) will be reflected during checkout.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to pay import duties, re-delivery costs or returned shipment fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiry@yirelish.com with photos and your order details.

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
